Fashion Pond is relatively new to the online jewellery scene having only been around for a year and a half so you may not have heard of it before. The jewellery on the website is imported from all over the world and they support small brands and emerging artists. Fashion Pond stock mostly handmade jewellery but they do also showcase other types of jewellery on occassion. The type of jewellery Fashion Pond favours is mostly made from sterling silver and semi-precious stones.
At the moment Fashion Pond only ship in the USA but they are planning to expand globally soon.
I have had a rummage through the Fashion Pond website and here are my favourite pieces. It was very hard to choose my favourites as Fashion Pond stock collections from 13 different designers who all have very different styles.
This ‘Pearl Bracelet with Leaves’ is by Artan, a Polish designer, and it is on sale for $35.
I think that this would look particular lovely in springtime worn with a white dress. How would you wear it?
This ‘Salsa Pendant’ is by Paula Bolton, a British designer, and is on sale for $116.25.
I really like this since it is quite unusual looking. I like the colours and think that they make the necklace wearable anywhere, at work, casually, going out or even at salsa classes 😉
This ‘Sterling Fairy Pendant’ is by Boutique Scandinavia and is on sale for $126.00.
Isn’t this lovely? Definitely a statement piece.
Now I would like to introduce you to my favourite designer : Caredan.
Caredan designs jewellery using gemstones from Brazil and natural products from the Brazilian countryside. The Caredan Collection is all handmade using a goldsmith process.
